BY USING ACQUIRE.COM, INC, A DELAWARE CORPORATION’S (“ACQUIRE”) HELP AND SUPPORT, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING ACQUIRE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SUPPORT THROUGH ACQUIRE SUPPORT AS SET FORTH BELOW AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”), EFFECTIVE ON THE DATE YOU AGREE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE ACQUIRE SUPPORT AND YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CLOSE THIS WINDOW AND THE BROWSER WINDOW CONTAINING THESE TERMS. 1. About the Service.

Acquire support professionals (“Agents”) may provide support services to you through chat. You acknowledge that Acquire Support is provided to you by Acquire, its affiliated companies, its vendors, or a combination of these entities.

4. Third Party Software and Hardware

You are solely responsible for all of your and any third party software, hardware, or services used in connection with Acquire Support. Any third party software, hardware, or other services, whether required or optional, that you use in connection with Acquire Support shall be the sole responsibility of you and/or such third party, and your use of such third party software, hardware, or services is subject solely to the applicable terms and conditions, warranties, and disclaimers provided by such third party, and shall not be governed by these Terms.

5. Unauthorized Access/Use and Fraud Investigations.

Acquire has the right to interrupt or restrict use or access to Acquire Support, without notice to you, if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. You agree to promptly notify Acquire of any unauthorized use of Acquire Support with your information or credentials or any other breach of security you become aware of related to Acquire Support.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Acquire reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. You should carefully review these Terms each time you use Acquire Support. Your use of Acquire Support after changes have been made to these Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms as modified.
