Does a Platinum subscription guarantee I’ll find a startup I like?
Not quite, but since we help connect you with startups that match your critera, including those we manage on the founder’s behalf, you’re far likelier to find one you want. You therefore spend less time worrying about quality deal flow and more time pursuing the best opportunities.
Can I cancel a Platinum or Premium subscription?
If you signed up to Premium or Platinum but haven’t been happy with it, please let us know. Drop us a line at support@acquire.com and we’ll sort something out for you.
Please note, however, we can’t issue a refund if you’ve been a Premium or Platinum subscriber for longer than seven days. Also, we can’t give prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.I already have a Premium subscription. Can I upgrade to Platinum?
Absolutely! Get in touch with our team to arrange that for you at support@acquire.com. Any remaining time on your Premium subscription will be prorated as a discount on your Platinum update.

If you’re a serial or professional acquirer, time is critical to achieving your goals. A Platinum subscription earns you priority support to help you close those deals fast. You’ll also receive expert support from our in-house advisory whenever you need it.
Do I need a Platinum subscription to acquire more than one startup?
Not at all – you can acquire as many startups as you like under a Premium or Platinum subscription. Premium allows you to acquire startups making up to $250,000 in TTM revenue. With Platinum, you can acquire startups of any asking price, including those managed by us and our M&A experts.
