• Does a paid subscription guarantee I’ll find a startup I like?

  We’re certain you’ll find a startup you like with a paid subscription. Not only are you able to chat directly with sellers and see their full listings, but you also unlock a range of services designed to help you find, negotiate, and close a winning deal. From Buyer University through to the expert help of your dedicated buyer concierge, membership benefits maximize your chances of finding the right startup.

• Can I cancel a paid membership?

  Membership offers rewards for the lifetime of your career as an entrepreneur, investor, or M&A professional. From M&A masterclasses to exclusive events and community connections, there’s much more to the paid membership than access to profitable startups and motivated founders. But if you ever feel like you need a break, or aren’t interested in M&A opportunities, you can cancel anytime.
  
  Please note that we can’t give pro-rated refunds or refunds for cancellations after the first seven days of membership.

• What types of membership are available?

  You can upgrade to either Premium or Platinum membership depending on the size of startups you’d like to acquire. Premium gives you access to startups priced at up to $250k while Platinum grants access to startups of all sizes. Both plans offer the full suite of membership benefits including an expert concierge and free enrolment in Buyer University.

• What is Buyer University?

  Buyer University is our educational arm offering you masterclasses on how to build wealth through acquisition. By learning from our founder’s serial exits and our team’s decades of M&A experience, you can maximize your returns, identify the best opportunities, and avoid common mistakes. There are courses in everything from evaluating businesses to growth strategies for all levels, from the first-time buyer to the serial acquirer. Given its long-term value, Buyer University is worth membership alone.

• How does buyer concierge work?

  Your paid membership includes a dedicated buyer concierge to help at every stage of your deal. A specialist department within our M&A advisory, buyer concierge advisors customize an acquisition strategy to your goals and market conditions. They also help match you with the right startups, join calls on your behalf, and help you negotiate the best deal. They’re your personal M&A expert on whom you can rely to navigate the acquisition process and troubleshoot issues whenever they occur.
