How much do you charge for guiding my acquisition?
We charge a 4% closing fee only if your startup is acquired. No upfront fees, no hidden costs. Your success is our success.
Do you help with the whole acquisition process?
Yes! We prepare your startup for acquisition, market it, and then find you the most qualified buyers based on your criteria. You’ll receive ongoing support from your advisor through every stage of the acquisition including negotiations, due diligence, escrow, and more. You tell us what you want and we’ll help you achieve it.
How Guided by Acquire works
You’ll work with a dedicated in-house M&A advisor to sell your SaaS business for the highest price and friendliest terms. They’ll draft an acquisition plan, market your listing to our top buyers, and help you evaluate and negotiate acquisition offers (IOIs, LOIs, and APAs). Once you’re ready to move forward with a buyer, your advisor will then coach you through the remaining stages, including escrow and asset transfer, to close safely.
